On June 15, 2024, TMF SMART Broadway hosted an alumni interaction with current batch students. Mr. Joe Louis, Senior Associate at Medicomas, Chennai, served as the event’s keynote speaker. He inspired students to thrive in their respective job placements, emphasizing that “Readiness for opportunity leads to success. Opportunities often arise unexpectedly; readiness, however, does not.” His presentation covered essential workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, empathy, work ethic, active listening, and adaptability.
