BEST offers the college students an intensive employability training programme to meet the requirement of corporate and industries today. The module is designed in mastering Personal Skills, Social Skills, Employability Skills and Aptitude Skills.

Social skills are the skills we use to communicate and interact with each other, both verbally and non-verbally, through gestures, body language and our personal appearance. Human beings are sociable creatures and we have developed many ways to communicate our messages, thoughts and feelings with others.
Employability Skills can be defined as the transferable skills needed by an individual to make them ‘employable‘. Along with good technical understanding and subject knowledge, employers often outline a set of skills that they want from an employee.
A skill that is necessary or desirable for full participation in everyday life.
Professional skills such as leadership, mentoring, project management, and conflict resolution are value-added skills essential to any career.

Don Bosco TECH
Don Bosco TECH Society Market-based approach that is sensitive to the socio-economic needs of marginalized youth in the 18-35 years age group. Don Bosco Tech has set up a network of 300+ skill training centres across India that attempts to bridge this widening divide between those who have access to opportunities and those who are increasingly being marginalized from the ‘new economy’ jobs. A network of 330+ skill training centres, Don Bosco Tech is arguably the largest spread across 28 states of India.
