The Bosco Employability Skills Training (BEST) Program, organized by Don Bosco Vazhikaatti, aimed to provide Third year UG students and Second year PG students with valuable career guidance, skill enhancement, training, and job placement assistance. The event, held at Don Bosco College Dharmapuri, brought together students for an interactive and informative session on career development, employability skills, and job placement opportunities. The program was designed to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to enter the workforce successfully.

The program spanned two days, each filled with valuable insights, hands-on activities, and practical knowledge. The sessions were thoughtfully structured to ensure maximum engagement and effective learning for all participants.

The sessions were held from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with each day offering a perfect blend of theoretical understanding and practical training.

The topics covered were carefully designed to equip students with the right skill sets and mindsets for successful career placements. The program emphasized BEST training and skill enhancement, ensuring that students gained meaningful exposure to employability skills, career readiness, and personal development.

A total of 356 students participated in the program, actively engaging in the sessions and activities throughout the two days.
