The two-day programme focused on strengthening students’ career awareness, employability skills, and future readiness through a series of engaging and career-oriented sessions. Students were introduced to various competitive examinations, career opportunities, effective preparation strategies, and the importance of early career planning.

A key session on “Five Skills Needed Beyond CGPA” highlighted the importance of developing essential skills beyond academic performance. Sessions on Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work helped students understand emerging technologies, evolving workplace expectations, and the need for continuous skill development.

The programme also addressed important personal and professional competencies through sessions on Conflict Management and Problem Solving, encouraging students to handle challenges constructively and develop a solution-oriented mindset. Interactive activities, discussions, and reflection exercises ensured active participation and meaningful learning throughout the programme.

As part of the initiative, an online certification course batch was also created, encouraging students to pursue continuous learning and enhance their skills beyond the classroom.
