JPN Impact Assessment 2026 : Measuring Outcomes and Strengthening Impact
Don Bosco Vazhikaatti (DBV), in collaboration with Sattva Consulting, successfully conducted the JPN Impact Assessment on 25 and 29 August 2026 to assess the outcomes and employment impact of its initiatives among migrant youth and students. The assessment conducted on 25 August 2026 engaged 22 migrant youth, with the support of 5 data enumerators who facilitated the data collection process. On 29 August 2026, the assessment was conducted across DBV SMART Centres in Perambur, Ambattur, and Broadway, engaging 96 students with the support of 12 data enumerators. The assessment marks an important step towards understanding the outcomes, reach, and effectiveness of DBV's career guidance, skilling, and placement interventions. The insights generated will help strengthen future programmes and enhance employment pathways for young people. Across both assessment activities, a total of 118 participants and 17 data enumerators were engaged, reflecting DBV's continued commitment to evidence-based programming, impact measurement, and creating sustainable employment opportunities for youth.
